Norwalk, CT-July 10, 2013.  JayStar Group President David Roger announced today that the National Postal Mail Handlers Union(NPMHU) in Washington, DC has selected JayStar Group, Inc. (JayStar) to install its ORION XE™ Membership and Dues Applications. These advanced, web-enabled applications will replace NPMHU’s existing AS400 based systems. The ORION XE suite is a comprehensive set of applications configured to meet the specific needs of labor organizations large and small. In his announcement, Mr. Roger stated:
